September's RAK is Connor Phillips.

On Sunday, 8/30, my son (Clay, a junior member) and I were pulling weeds in the front garden of Station 39 and Connor Phillips came out to chat. He thought the gardening was a paid service (kudos to Tracey and Lori) and when told it wasn't, he jumped right in and joined us for a good 20 minutes before tones dropped and he had to skedaddle for a call as he was running duty.
