Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad's 20+ Associate Members provide valuable support to their squad and community without actually becoming involved in emergency medical care. The Associates participate in activities such as fundraising and periodically host social events for the squad while having a great deal of fun.

Fundraising and social events previously hosted by Lexington Park's Associates are Bingos, Dinners, Vendor & Craft Fairs, Bakeless Bake Sales, Car Washes, Breakfasts, Spirit Nights, Photo Fundraisers, Quarter Auctions, Brown Bag Auctions, Rocker Raffles, Inter-Squad Stretcher Races, Rescue Squad Station Open Houses, and Annual Installation of Rescue Squad Officers.

The Associates provide a monetary donation to the Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad exceeding $40,000.00 annually. This enables the squad to purchase equipment allowing us to provide exemplary medical care to the Lexington Park community. Additionally, the Associates were able to purchase a rapid response command vehicle for the squad. 

Associate members must be at least 11 years old and willing to work. Our members range in age from 11 years well into their seventies and come from all walks of life with a great diversity of interests.  To apply for membership just click the "JOIN NOW" tab at the top of our website and fill out the online application.  You'll be invited to a membership interview and be welcomed into a team of hard workers who support their squad and community with great pride.

The Associates normally meet on the 2nd Monday of each month at Station 39 (21685 FDR Blvd., Lexington Park) in the Board of Directors room upstairs.  The meetings begin at 6:30 PM and last approximately 1.5 hours.
